Host your own party at our place!

Birthday Parties (Kids & Adults), Girls Night Out, Red Hats Society, Date Night, Team Building, Bunko Groups, Bachelorette, Baby Shower, Graduation, or "We just want to party!" Parties

  • Any day/night of the week, 24/7, subject to availability.
  • Private Party room available for 10-25 guests.  Main studio for larger groups (15-35 guests).
  • Minimum of 10 people for a private party on Fri., Sat., and Sun., min. of 8 on weeknights. 
  • You may choose ANY of our paintings for your party or, if time allows, you may choose to have one of our artists create that special painting for you. 
  • 2-hr paintings are $35/person, 3-hr paintings are $45/person, Kids parties (2-hr) are $25/person(limited to certain paintings - all others are $35 per child) - min. 10 children ages 7 and up. CALL STUDIO FOR MORE DETAILS 
  • You are allowed 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the party to mingle.

Payment:

The hostess may choose an online PASSWORD for the event.  When guests are to be individually responsible for payment, this password will grant them online access to party info and the payment application. 

Online payments in advance help to streamline the process on the night of the event, but we understand that some guests may prefer to pay with cash or check, or may be leary of payments over the internet.  We will happily process payment for these guests upon their arrival at the studio the night of the event.

Deposit:

Eight paid reservations(1week in advance for Mon thru Thurs. 2 weeks for Fri or Sat.)are required for a Private Party event. 

Cancellation Policy:

Despite the best of intentions and the most organized of plans, we understand that unforeseen events could possibly challenge the ability of you (or your guests) to make it to the studio on the night of your private party.  Please let us know as soon as you know!  Deposits are subject to forfeiture only when the studio team is NOT notified at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event's scheduled start time.  Of course, when appropriate, we will work with you to quickly reschedule your event for another day and time that WILL work for you…   …because we KNOW you would (really) rather be PAINTING!  Amy
