Party Info

• Please check availability by viewing our online calendar.  Private Parties are available in Studio A (must be 21) Sunday-Friday afternoons and Sunday-Wednesday nights.  Private Parties are available in Studio B (no age limit, but no alcohol) Sunday-Friday afternoons and Saturday-Thursday nights.  The dates/times that are currently available will say "PRIVATE PARTY AVAILABLE."  Please also check with our Shreveport location for alternate dates.

• Private Parties need a minimum of 15 people.  We can accommodate up to 48 people in Studio A or 35 people in Studio B.

• You may select the picture you would like to paint from our library of over 1,000 paintings.  You may come to the store to browse through the library or view some of the painting options by browsing through our past calendars as well as the calendars of other Painting with a Twist locations.

• 2-Hour Parties are $35/person and 3-Hour Parties are $45/person, which is determined by the painting you select.

• Your Private Party date can be reserved with a credit card by calling the studio.  Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 1pm - 5pm.

• Private Party cancellations with more than 48-hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.  Less than 48 hours will result in a $150 cancellation fee. In the event a Private Party is cancelled, store credits will be issued to those who have already made a reservation.

• Please feel free to bring in food/snacks.  We have tables for trays/platters, etc.  We also provide paper plates, napkins, plasticware and cups.  Beverages cannot be brought in, as we have those available for purchase, including wine, beer, wine coolers, soft drinks, and water.

• We also do Off-Site Private Parties where we bring the party to you!  Prices are the same although a travel fee will be charged.  Party destinations may determine minimum attendee requirements.  Please email or call for complete information for Off-Site Parties as details are different than listed above.
