We have two private party rooms available for reservation!

If you have 10 people or more, we have two private party rooms available for reservation with a maximum capacity of 50. The artwork choice is yours. We have well over 1300 pieces to choose from. All private rooms are available on a first come, first serve appointment schedule. Private Parties are available 7 days a week. Read on to find out more info about booking a private party.

Why book a party??

You get to choose from ANY of over 1300+ paintings (some are 2 hour and some are 3 hour classes)

No set up, no clean up… just show up!!

There is no additional charge for booking a private party.It is the same cost per person as a regular class.

The room is yours 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate.

What kind of Private Parties do we book?

We reserve all kinds of parties!Here are some ideas:Birthday parties (both adult and children 8+), Bachelorette parties, Date Night, Baby showers, Church groups, Office parties, Team Building, Graduation parties, Homeschool groups, Organization parties (Red Hat, Junior League, Girl Scouts, etc), Field trips, Girl's Night Out, Guys’ Night Out, Neighborhood get togethers….

When can I have a party?

You can book a private party any day of the week, including the days we do not have regularly scheduled classes.The sooner you let us know you would like to book a party, the better we can plan, especially if you would like to request a specific artist for your party.

Who selects the painting for my private party?

You may select the picture you would like to paint from our library of over 1000+ paintings. You may come to the store to browse through the library, or view some of the painting options by browsing through our past calendars as well as the calendars of other Painting with a Twist locations. If you are looking for a particular theme, please let us know and we can assist you in selecting the right painting for your party.

How do I pay for my party?

Depending on the painting you chose, the cost will be $35/pp for a 2 hour painting and $45/pp for a 3 hour painting.The party spokesperson/host will reserve the desired day & time with a $200 deposit on a credit card. There is a 1 week cancellation policy, which must be delivered in writing, and Deposit will be forfeited if less than a 1 week notice of cancellation is given. Deposit will also be used if the minimum of 10 people isn't met at the time of the party. Individuals can pay the spokesperson, who then pays in one lump sum at the time of the party or individuals may pay online through our regular online calendar by using a private password, set up especially for your private party, to reserve their seat.

Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Since there is not an additional charge to use the party rooms, we do not offer any additional discounts on booking private parties.
