REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees are ONLY refunded when the class is canceled by our office. A store credit will be issued only with 24 hour notice cancellation. NO SHOWS/NO CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a voice message if calling after hours-980.224.7760.) This policy is STRICTLY enforced with NO excuses.
10-15 minutes in advance is the minimally recommended time for you to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends and breathe before we get twisted, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to start time. Additionally, guests arriving more than 15 minutes after start of the session will not be guaranteed any assistance with "catching up".
To guarantee your reservation, we do require a credit card and a valid email address. Your payment will be processed at registration. If you prefer not to pay online, please call 980.224.7760.
