PWAP - BENEFITING JOHNSON ELEMENTARY!!

PWAT is honored to host this fun event to benefit Johnson Elementary! Over the years this school has been recognized as a two-time National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, Texas Honor Roll School and a Top Ten School by Texas Monthly Magazine. They have received Gold Performance Awards for Academic Excellence in Reading, Writing, Math, and Science, and have been honored as a Title I Distinguished School. Also, their dual-language program was recognized as a “Best Practice” in the state and the National Center for Educational Achievement (NCEA) recognized Johnson as a higher performing school. With community support, Johnson Elementary will continue to be an exciting, student-centered K-5 school at which their 475 children are actively engaged in and excited about their own education. Funds raised will be used to upgrade all Johnson Elementary classrooms to be part of our "21st Century Classroom" model that is already in place in all 4th grade classrooms. They hope to purchase additional smart boards, iPads, laptops & other technology for the students/teachers/classrooms. Please join us!!!
