Party Info

YES, we will book a private party for you!

Make your reservation and let the party begin! Bring your bottle of wine and snacks, everything else is supplied for you.  You can choose from over 1,500 paintings in our gallery to paint!

All you need is at least 10 of your friends and the studio is yours.  Our private party room can accommodate up to 25 people.  However, if your party is scheduled when we do not have a regularly scheduled class, our main studio area can accommodate up to 40 people.

Parties are perfect for: Girls Night Out - Holiday Parties - Office Parties - Church Groups  -Showers - Birthdays - School Activities -Sweet 16 - Graduation Parties  . . .  you name it, we’ll book it!

Private parties can be booked for a two hour session at $35.00 per person or a three hour session at $45.00 per person.  You must have a minimum of 10 guest to book a private party and this must be secured by a credit card.  As the host it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the minimum number attending.  Your guests can pay individually when they arrive or you can pay as a group, but please remember that your credit card will be charged for the minimum amount of the class if the attendance does not reach 10 people.  A deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation. 

You are allowed 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the party to drink, eat and mingle.  Please be sure that your guests arrive early so that we can start the class on time.  Any additional time is $50 per hour.

Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance in order to schedule the artist.  You can choose from any of the over 1500 paintings we have available.  We will need to know the choice at least two weeks in advance to give the artist time to prepare.

We require a 7 day cancellation notice IN WRITING, either by email or brought to the store.  Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event.
