YES, we will book a private party for you!
All you need is at least 10 or 15 of your friends and the studio is yours.
Make your reservation and let the party begin, bring your bottle of wine and snacks, everything else is supplied for you.
Girls Night Out - Special Occasions - Office Parties - Church Groups -Showers - Birthdays - School Activities - Fundraisers - Graduation Parties . . . you name it, we’ll book it!
Children's parties are $25.00 or $35.00 per child depending on what art you choose with a minimum of ten guest.
The cost is $35.00 for a two hour class and $45.00 for a three hour class. You must choose a three hour painting and have a minimum of 15 friends for booking a Friday or Saturday night. If you choose a Friday or Saturday afternoon you can choose a two or three hour painting and guarantee 10 friends.
You can choose any painting in our extensive library!
Be sure to call in advance to book your special event and painting choice to give us enough time to schedule the artist.
Minimum number of guests for private events are ten to Fifteen depending on what day you choose. Our maximum capacity is Fifty. Your guest should be paid in advance of the party date to avoid long stand in lines to pay the night of your party. When your guest arrive it's party time and no time to be waiting to pay. Let the party begin when you walk into the room.
We supply the artist, paint, canvases, easels, brushes and aprons. We provide 9oz plastic cups for wine or other drinks, ice, ice buckets and cork screws. You may bring your wine or beverage of choice along with snacks or appetizers. We supply the FUN!
You are allowed 30 minutes before to gather with friends before class begins. So if you schedule a class from (2 to 4 pm) have guest arrive at 1:30 pm. If you schedule a class from (7 to 9 pm) or (7 to 10 pm) have your guest arrive at 6:30 pm. Please remember we must and do begin painting on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
You will receive a Contract and Agreement. Remember, there is a minimum of 10 to 15 guests, so you will be charged if the party minimum is not met.
We require a 14 day cancellation notice.
