Party Info

A little bit of paint...a little bit of wine...and a whole lot of fun!

Your Private Party Contract must be signed to secure your date and time. The contract committs you to the following requirments:

1.Private parties can be scheduled at our studio or at your place!

2. Minimum is 10people to book a private party.  The host receives a free class to use the day of or for future use if she has 15 paid guests!

3. The cost of a three hour class is $45 and the cost of a two hour class is $35 regardless of the day. These costs are based on painting choice. We allow a 30 minute grace period, after that there will be an additional $50.00 an hour charge.

4. Off-premise private parties are charged an additional fee of $100.

5. You may choose a painting from our portfolio of over 2400 paintings.  We can send you a link to browse our gallery (good for 24 hours).

6. We supply the paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons. You bring your beverage of choice and snacks or appetizers. We have plastic wine glasses, wine openers, napkins and ice buckets (ice is not provided).

7. Our maximum capacity is 58 guests.

8. One week canellation required for no penalties to be applied.

9. KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES:  We offer 2 party packages for your child's special day.  $250 for 1.5 hour party or $350 for a 2 hour party (prices based on 10 kids).  Additional price per child is $25/pp and $35/pp (respectivively).  Packages include invitation template, 16x20 canvas for each child, special goodies for the birthday child AND a free class for mom for future use!  We will also supple you with dicount certificates for food and your cake/cupcakes. 

10. We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit for kids birthday parties at the time of contract signing.  The balnce is due the day of the party. 

11. Color changes for any private party can be made up until 20 minutes prior to an event!

11. Guests are allowed to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party and there is a 30 minute grace period after your scheduled party time is over.  There will be a $50 charge per half hour after your allotted time is up.  The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

12. Canvases are pre-sketched for pre-paid reservations only.
