Party Info

A little bit of paint...a little bit of wine...and a whole lot of fun!

Private Party Contract must be signed to secure a date. The contract committs you to the following requirments:

1.Private parties can now be scheduled 24/7!!!!!! We have a newly acquired additional room to accomodate all of the requests we receive for private parties.

2. Minimum is 10people to book a private party.  The host receives a free class to use the day of or for future use if she has 15paid guests!

3. The cost of a three hour class is $45 and the cost of a two hour class is $35 regardless of the day. These costs are based on painting choice. We allow a 30 minute grace period, after that there will be an additional $50.00 an hour charge.

7. You may choose a painting from our calendar, franchise calendars or from our portfolio of over 1900 paintings.  We can send you a link to browse our gallery (good for 72 hours).

8. We supply the paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons. You bring your beverage of choice and snacks or appetizers. We have wine glasses, wine openers and ice buckets.  We do not provide ice.

9. Our maximum capacity is 58 in our large party room and 30 in our small party room.

11. One week canellation required.

12. We now require a $100 nonrefundable deposit for kids birthday parties at the time of contract signing.  The balnce is due the day of the party.  Host mom receives a free class for future use.

13. Color changes can be made up until 20 minutes prior to an event!

14. Guests are allowed to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party and there is a 30 minute grace period after your scheduled party time is over.  There will be a $50 charge per half hour after your allotted time is up.  The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
