Why book a party??
1. You get to choose from ANY of 950+ paintings (some are 2 hour and some are 3 hour classes)

When can I have a party?
7 days a week & you name the time! (subject to artist and space availability)
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
Just call us at 859-309-2701 during studio hours (10am - 4pm Tuesday- Friday) OR during any scheduled class OR talk to any of us at the studio OR email us at lexington@paintingwithatwist.com!
How do I pay for my party?
Charges will be $35/person for a 2-hour party or $45/person for a 3-hour party. The room is yours 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate! The party spokesperson will reserve the desired day & time with a $150 deposit on a credit card. NO payment will be processed until time of the party. There is a 72-hour cancellation notice: Deposit will be forfeited if less than a 7 day notice of cancellation is given. Deposit will also be used if the minimum of 10 people isn't met at the time of the party. Individuals can pay the spokesperson, who then pays in one lump sum at the time of the party, or choose a password and we can set it up on our homepage and everyone can register online.  Only the people in your group will be able to reserve for the class. Remember: deposit will not be processed unless party is cancelled with less than a 7 day notice or minimum is not met!
How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?
The sooner, the better! Depending on artist availability, a 2-week notice should be plenty of time!
How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?
You can choose any painting we've done already, or you can go to any of the locations on the main webpage (www.paintingwithatwist.com) and look through the paintings on their calendars. All we need is the name of the painting! You can also come visit us during studio hours and browse through ALL 950+ paintings!
Do you offer any discounts on parties?
Thank you for asking, but, in general, we don't. We've tried to keep the prices at rock-bottom so that you get a good value for your money everyday! (Also, for some specific advantages of booking a private party at no additional cost, please see the answers to Question #1: Why Book a Party?)
Plans for the future!
The city of Lexington and Fayette county absolutely will not allow BYOB at our store so we are planning to offer the option of Off-site or in-home private parties in the future.  Stay tuned as details will come soon.
