You name the occasion.....we can have a party for it.....bachelorette, birthday, girl's night out, kid's parties, bridal showers, teambuilding, holiday celebrations, girl/boy scout troops, corporate events, cheerleading squads, Mardi Gras Krewes, running clubs, tennis clubs, book clubs, red hat society, just because.....should I go on......this is Louisiana and we do have a party for just about anything and everything!!!! Children's Birthday Party Packages, Painting with a Twist To Go (offsite), and Field Trips

  • Picasso Party Package: $250 – Minimum of 10 people and Birthday person paints FREE (total 11) Ages: 5 - 12

Includes: Balloons · Customized Invitation Template-printable from any computer · choose from select paintings · $25 for each additional person · available Sunday – Thursday (anytime till 6:00 p.m.) · commemorative birthday group photo Format: 1-1/2 hours of painting and 40 minutes for cake, gifts and visiting

  • Michelangelo Party Package: $350 – Minimum of 10 people and Birthday person paints FREE (total 11)  Ages:  5 - 15

Includes all of the above PLUS: Cake · choose from any 2 hour painting · $35 for each additional person · No Day or Time restrictions – based upon availability

  • Painting with a Twist "To-Go" Package: We bring the party to you i.e. home, office, restaurant, club, etc. Minimum of 12 people · $35 pp – 2 hour painting · $45 pp – 3 hour painting · Offsite fees within Lafayette Parish: $50 for 12 – 19 people and $100 for 20 people or more. PRIVATE PARTY POLICY - In-Studio

Reservation Deposit: Host/Hostess of the Party can secure a reservation with a major credit card. If a credit card is not available, a $200 cash deposit must be received by PWAT in order to secure the specified date.  Your credit card will be AUTHORIZED for $200 but will NOT be charged. After the party, the deposit will be returned once it is determined that the minimum number of people have been met. If the party is short the minimum number required for either the 2 or 3 hour class, the difference will be deducted from deposit. The same applies to the credit card.

Available Days of the Week: 7 days a week with the exception of holidays. PWAT recommends a 30 day advance notice. Friday and Saturday nights are the most requested nights therefore one may want to inquire earlier. You may look at the online calendar to determine availability. Scheduled private parties are indicated on the calendar. PWAT requires one hour before and after each party for clean up and set up.

Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 12 people for an evening party and 10 people for a daytime party. A daytime party is anytime before 6:00 p.m. Maximum number of people is 50.

Time allotments: Private Parties receive 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the party to mingle and get settled in. Anytime thereafter, the credit card on file will be charged $50 every (1/2) half hour. For example: If your party is from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., painting begins at 6:00 p.m. therefore you have from 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. to get checked in and 9:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. to mingle. We will be happy to accommodate any other requests should you need time for opening gifts, visiting, etc. at $50 per (1/2) half hour.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PRIVATE PARTY?

  • Choose a date. Check availability online at www.paintingwithatwist.com/newiberia. Scheduled private parties are indicated on the calendar. PWAT requires one hour before and after each party for clean up and set up.

  • Call 337.560.0009 to secure your date with a major credit card.

  • Pick your painting. A 2 hour painting is $35 per person and a 3 hour painting is $45 per person. To view all 2000+ paintings, a link can be emailed and you'll have 24 hours access to the site. A security deposit is required before the link is emailed to you.

  • Cancellation Policy: If the party is scheduled Sunday - Thursdays, a 7 day advance notice is required to avoid a $200 cancellation charge. Parties scheduled on Friday and Saturdays are required to cancel 14 days prior to the event to avoid a $200 cancellation charge. Please no exceptions!

Payments can be made in five ways:

  1. Pay online. Hostess will receive a passcode and distribute to all the guests. Guests go online and click the date and time of the party. Enter the passcode and register accordingly.

  2. Pay in store.

  3. Hostess collects money from each individual and Hostess pays with cash, credit card or check. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

  4. Each individual pays the day/night of event. If the number of people does not meet the minimum requirements, Hostess credit card will be charged the difference to meet the minimum.

  5. Call 337.560.0009 and process your credit card via telephone.
