Our party room is available Tuesday - Sunday ANYTIME!!!
 
Why book a party??
1. You get to choose from ANY of 2000 + paintings (some are 2 hour and some are 3 hour classes)
2. You get a private party room and your own artist-instructor.
3. No set up, no clean up - just show up!! ...although you MAY decorate if desired.
4. It's the same price as a regular class!
5. The room is yours 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate.

When can I have a party?
7 days of the week & you name the time! (subject to artist availability) We are usually closed on Monday, but if this is the only day that works for you please don't hesitate to call ..if we can make it work we surely will.
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
Just call us 850-471-1450 during studio hours (Noon - 5:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday) OR during any scheduled class OR talk to any of us at the studio OR email us at pensacola.pwat@gmail.com!
How do I pay for my party?
Charges are $35/person for a 2-hour party or $45/person for a 3-hour party. The room is yours 30 minutes before and after class time to decorate and celebrate! Additional time is available for $100 per hour. The party spokesperson will reserve the desired day & time with a credit card. NO payment will be processed at that time. There is a ONE WEEK cancellation policy and a TEN (10) person minimum. Individuals can pay the organizer, who then pays in one lump sum prior to the party, or choose a password and we can set it up on our website calendar for each person to pay individually. Only the people in your group will be able to register for the class. Remember: deposit will not be processed unless party is cancelled with less than a ONE WEEK notice or minimum is not met! If a ONE WEEK notice of cancellation is not given the credit card on file will be charged $200.
How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?
The sooner, the better! Friday and Saturday nights book several weeks in advance.. we can book as far in advance as you like to secure a special date.
How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?
You may choose any of our 2000+ paintings! Once you know the day and time desired, call us and reserve your party. Once the day and time are secured we will send our online gallery of paintings so that you can view every painting we offer.  You will have access to the gallery for 24 hours once you have opened the link. The link is not meant to be shared with all party participants.  It will not be sent a second time.  Our art selections are all copyrighted by our corporate division and strictly protected. 
Do you offer any discounts on parties?
Thank you for asking, but we don't. We work hard to provide the best experience possible. Our parties receive the same supplies and customer service that our open classes receive. All materials and artists are also the same. AND the room is yours 30 minutes before and after the painting session free of charge.
