Party Info

Private Parties

• Private parties are available any time.

• We will begin painting at the scheduled time so, it is a good idea to have your guests arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the start time.

• You will need a credit card to reserve the date & time.

• The minimum for private parties Sunday - Thursday is 12 people.  Friday and Saturday the minimum is 15. The maximum is 45.

• You will be responsible for payment of the minimum amount for your party.  Example: 2 hour party on a Wednesday = $420. The payment CAN NOT be used as a credit for future classes.

• Once you book the private party, we will send you a link to view our gallery of paintings.

• The price depends on the painting you choose.

• Two hour paintings are $35 per person. Three hour paintings are $45 per person.

• We allow a 30 minute grace period, after that there will be a $50 charger per half hour for going over the allotted time.

• We supply the canvas, paint, brushes and easels. We also have glasses, ice buckets (no ice), and corkscrews.

• You are welcome to bring your beverage of choice and snacks or appetizers.

Children's Parties - Ages 7 & up

• The minimum for children's parties 10 kids.

• Children's parties are available on Saturday and Sunday mornings or afternoons.

• You will need a credit card to secure the date & time.

• You or your child can choose the painting that they will paint. It must be approved by PWAT.

• You are welcome to bring refreshments. (We suggest cupcakes rather than cake.)

Children 12 & Under

• Choose a painting from our 12 & Under section in the gallery.
  (We will email you the link to the gallery once the party is booked.)

• $250 for up to 10 children, including the birthday boy or girl.  Each additional child $25 each.
  
  
• Paint for a little over one hour, approximately 30 minutes for birthday celebration. (These are estimations of time, some classes may go faster/slower than others.)

Children over 12

• Choose a painting from our 2 hour Children/Family Art section in the gallery.
  (We will email you the link to the gallery once the party is booked.)
  
  
• $350 for up to 10 children, including the birthday boy or girl.  Each additional child $35 each.
  
  
• Paint for about 2 hours, approximately 30 minutes for birthday celebration. (These are estimations of time, some classes may go faster/slower than others.)

Cancellation Policy: Please give us seven (7) days notice if you must cancel your private party. There will be a charge of $150 if we are not given sufficient notice.
