Private pARTy Information

Thank you for your interest in hosting your private pARTy at Painting with a Twist - Trinity.  

This is a unique experience for any celebration.  Whether you’re planning a Birthday Party with your family and friends, a Team Building adventure with your co-workers, a Bachelorette Party, Family Reunion, Girl’s Night Out or just a fun evening out with your friends, our studio is a great environment for any social event.

We provide paint, brushes, easels, canvases and aprons, all the necessary art supplies to complete your individual masterpiece!
 
We want you to feel “at home” in our studio.  So you can bring any type of food and drink that you like and decorate as you wish!

We supply wine/bottle openers, plastic glasses, plates, napkins, plastic ware and ice buckets (you provide the ice).
 
You show up and we’ll clean up!  It’s that simple.

OK….so let’s take a look at all the serious stuff so we can get YOUR event on the Painting with a Twist calendar ASAP!  

Please review ALL the Private Party Guidelines below.

GUIDELINES

  • Private parties are booked for two-hour sessions at $35.00 per painter,  three-hour sessions at $45.00 per painter.  We also offer a select gallery of childrens paintings for $25.00 per painter. 
  • There are no discounts for Private Parties, but you get to choose the painting AND get a studio all to yourselves!
  • For a weekday Monday - Thursday private pARTy you will be responsible for a minimum of 10 paid guests.
  • For a Friday or Saturday pARTy you will be responsible for a total of 15 paid guests.
  • You will have sole use of our Private pARTy Studio* which can hold up to 15 painters.
  • *If you should have a pARTy with more than 15 painters we must have at least 2 weeks notice to accommodate your pARTy in our larger studio
  • If you should have a total 15 paid guests at your pARTy, you as the Hostess will receive a $35. Painting With a Twist Gift Certificate towards a future class.
  • A $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation. You may hold your reservation with cash or a credit card.
  • Upon receipt of Private Party Deposit, you will be given access to the online gallery of over 2700 paintings to choose from!
  • Once you have selected your painting, your event date has been confirmed, and signed contract is received, your Private Party will be posted to our Painting with a Twist calendar.
  • We will then send you an email containing the party details which include a link to your reservation page and a passcode for your event! Your guests will then be able to register online.
  • All reservations MUST be pre-paid at least 48 hours prior to your event.
  • Each guest can register online with your special passcode
    • payment may also be made via telephone or at the studio
    • You can collect the appropriate payments from your guests in advance
  • The studio will contact you one week prior to your party date, and again 3 days prior to your event to review any last minute details and confirm the total headcount.

Please note that you are financially responsible for the minimum number of guests.


We reserve the right to open the class up to the public 48 hours prior to your event if the mimimum number of guests required is not met.

Other REALLY important information…

You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to celebrate.

Please ensure that your guests arrive on time.
Class WILL START ON SCHEDULED TIME.  
We ask that everyone arrives at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time.  This will give everyone time to check in and mingle.
*IF CLASS DOES NOT START ON TIME YOU AS THE HOSTESS WILL BE CHARGED $50 PER HALF HOUR OF DELAY.  
*You are welcome to extend your party time for an additional $50 per half hour.  Please discuss this at the time of booking your party so that our studio can make necessary accommodations for your party.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least a one week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel your event.  
If you fail to give us at least a one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $100.00.
