REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given as well as “No shows” NO STORE CREDIT or CHANGING CLASSES. If you make a reservation within 24 hours of class and cancel there will be no compensation. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Group reservations of 5 or more seats must cancel no less than 48 hours for a store credit. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 808-753-9323. *Paint your pet Events-We require a minimum of A week cancelation notice, due to the individualized nature of this painting event once we sketch on the canvas we can not use it again. Payment will be forfited for any cancelation with less than a week notice. No refunds for store credit for gift certificates.
