What is Painting with a Twist?

Painting with a Twist is a fun art studio for anyone interested in painting! In our classes we use acrylic paints on 16" x 20" canvas and teach the class step by step through the specific painting of the day. Most of our guests have no painting experience and all of them have great success!

Can I stop in anytime and paint?

We hold classes at specific times and those are the only times guests can come in and paint. To join a class, please view our calendar, select a painting you like and register online. Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Are we allowed to bring in beverages and food?

Our studio is all BYO - we only serve paint water! Feel free to bring in your favorite beverage and some light snacks to enjoy during class! Remember you are painting most of the time so finger foods are best!

Do I need to bring anything with me to paint?

Your reservation fee includes everything you need to create a beautiful and unique painting! When you arrive you are supplied with an apron, canvas, brushes, paints and step by step art instruction throughout the class! When class is done, your artwork is ready to hang! The only thing you may want to bring are some refreshments.

Can my child come with me to paint? [Recommended Ages]

We have specific classes on our calendar for young artists

  • All Ages classes are intended for ages 7 to 107!!
  • Fri/Sat Evening classes are for adults 18 and older. All other evening classes painter's age 15-17 are welcome with parent or guardian accompanying them. 

Can my friends come and watch us without painting?

Everyone needs a paid seat to stay on premises during all classes, except during a Family Day class.

GROUP SEATING

If this is a public class & you reserved your seats as a group, then you are automatically seated together. If you are coming with others & are making separate reservations, but did not indicate a seating request on your reservation, please email us your group name/point person so that we can seat you together.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund or store credit will be given to individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. No refunds or store credit of any kind will be given once the class has begun. If you are the host of a private party, please see your Private Party Agreement for the Party Cancellation Policy.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If we cancel the class due to poor road conditions as the result of weather, we will customers as soon as we have made that decision. In the event that we cancel the class, we will reach out to each customer who made a reservation and offer a refund, store credit, or a transfer to another class.

 

In the event that we still hold a class, but customers choose not to drive to the studio, we will waive the 24-hour cancellation policy, and offer a store credit or transfer to another class. We will NOT offer refunds for classes that are still held as scheduled.
