About This Event

This is an IN STUDIO EVENT :). Read below for more details.
Observers & infants cannot be accommodated. A seat must be purchased for anyone who plans on being in our studio for this event. Thank you!

We're currently keeping our reservation numbers low & we'll seat painters 6 feet apart (unless on the same reservation or if they've asked to sit next to each other). Please note if you are on the same reservation, we'll plan on seating you close to one another unless you request otherwise. We are asking that everyone wear masks in our studio at this time. We're cleaning our materials & surfaces before every event.

If you'd like to be seated with another guest who reserved separately from you, please let us know in the SITTING WITH SOMEONE ELSE? section.

**BYOB: Drinks & food! We provide cups, napkins & bottle openers. We do NOT provide ice or eating/serving utensils. You must be at least 21 to consume alcohol (beer and wine only) in the studio. We reserve the right to I.D.

CHECK IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Come 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled with your refreshments! We will begin painting on time!
**Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class unless previous arrangements have been made**

FINDING US: Biltmore Park Town Square- take 2nd exit out of the roundabout and we will be on the left. In the middle of the strip with the Toy Store on one end and Thirsty Monk on the other!

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: NO REFUNDS due to cancellation on a guest's end. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" with no notification will not be issued store credit. (Please leave a voice message if calling after hours or during a class-828.676.2607).

Refund/Cancellation

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Please note, NO REFUNDS. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. This is a live entertainment event. Due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation Policy will be applied without exception; our staffing is based on the number of reservations. A store credit will be given to individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" with no notification will not be issued store credit. In the event that our studio cancels for inclement weather, we will contact you with flexible options for rescheduling or receiving store credit. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY; we appreciate our attendees & want to start on time. :) Please check traffic and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. Thank you!
