Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below.
After making a reservation, e-mail a color, high resolution photo of your pet to firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 7 days prior to class. We will sketch your pet before class & will recommend the paint palette once you arrive. The way your pet appears in the photo will be how they appear in the painting (minus the background), so crop the photo to your liking. Indicate preferred background color. Only 1 pet per canvas.
Artists will demonstrate painting techniques & help people individually.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked & settled! If you desire more time to unwind before we get twisted, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time- it's your Happy Half Hour!
If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 610-419-0572 to pay by phone.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hrs notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hrs notice. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) Customers who do not call and do not show by the scheduled start time of the painting will not receive a credit or a refund of any kind.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes or change paintings due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hrs prior to class time and offered a refund or a store credit.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Painting with a Twist requires at least 24 hours prior to the published start time of the class in order to receive a refund if you need to cancel. Cancellations may be made by phone (voicemail is acceptable) or e-mail. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances with less than 24 hours notice. Refunds or store credits will not be given under any circumstances for no-shows after the class has begun.
