IMPORTANT INFO: To our valued Twisters – your safety and the safety of our staff are of primary concern and we’re monitoring the relative websites & news reports for the latest information and recommendations. We began taking extra precautionary measures last week including disinfecting high-use surfaces (tables, stools, restrooms, doorknobs, etc) between events, seating you farther apart than normal & having extra soap and hand sanitizer available. While gatherings of 50 or fewer are still permitted we feel it’s best to postpone our current events at least through the end of March to help contain the spread of this virus. For at least the next 30 days through April 16, we’re modifying our normal cancelation policy (and will re-examine it after 30 days to determine whether an extension is needed). For Events scheduled between March 15-31 that are postponed, we'll reschedule all or most of them to April or May. If you're unable to attend the new date, we’ll issue studio credit for the full amount paid for the reservation fee and can be used at a later date and time to attend another event of your choosing. For Private Events scheduled during this same time, your reservation will be moved automatically to the new date. We will reschedule with your party host who will provide you with details once the new date is confirmed. Studio credits are normally valid for 90 days; however, we will extend this to 120 days. During this time of uncertainty, we cannot offer credit/debit refunds. This is being done in an effort to ensure the financial viability of our small business and to secure the jobs of our local artists. We appreciate your understanding and support for these decisions.
