  • Private parties must be booked in advance. Call or Text us or fill out the Private Party Request form HERE. Our Private Party room can accommodate up to 32 painters; our Main room can hold up to 42 painters.
  • We provide all the art supplies needed such as paint, easels, brushes, canvases, and aprons. You can bring wine, beer (no hard liquor allowed) or your beverages of choice, as well as any light appetizers or snacks that you like. We have a supply of disposable cups and wine/bottle openers for your use. We do not provide paper plates, napkins, eating or serving utensils, so please bring your own. We do not supply ice. You are welcome to bring bags of ice and coolers to keep drinks and/or food cold. We take care of the cleanup, you are only responsible for cleaning/packing up your own belongings.
  • To reserve one of our rooms for an ADULT event on a Friday or Saturday, we require a minimum of 15 painters. For private parties held Sunday through Thursday a minimum of 12 painters is required. The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit/debit card; we require a 3-painter advanced down payment to secure the dateIf the guaranteed minimum number is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the difference between the minimum and the actual number that attend.
  • You choose your own painting! A passcode will be given to your guests so they can make their own reservations and pay online so you don’t have to collect the fees if you don’t want. Once we receive your credit card information we’ll send you a Private Party Management link where you can view a painting list and make your selection. After your selection is made you can email or print invitations to send to your guests and keep track of those who have reserved a seat for your party.
  • Final payment for the minimum number (12/15) is due no later than 5 days before the date of your party. **Paint Points members – YOU will earn the points when you go online and pay this balance by the due date on the party reservations site!  (POINTS = REWARDS) Otherwise, no worries, we’ll take care of processing the payment for you.
  • If your party will have more than the minimum number of attendees the balance beyond the minimum of 12/15 seats is due no later than 2 days before your party date.
  • Cancellation Policy:  We require 14 days advanced notice to cancel a private party and request a refund. A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged to your credit card for cancellations made within 2 weeks. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer will also forfeit the 3-seat down payment used to secure the reservation. Any remaining reservation fees will be issued store credit to the individuals who paid for the seats.

We now offer canvas, pallet or wood surfaces in a variety of sizes!

 * We factor in an extra 30 minutes of pARTy time in the beginning so you actually have 2 1/2 hours of reserved private pARTy time!
 

CHILDREN'S pARTies

Our children's party package is $300 for up to 10 children PLUS the Guest of Honor (11 total). This package includes a 1.5-hour painting YOU CHOOSE and an extra 30 minutes of party time before the painting session for socializing and celebrating, giving you a full 2 hours of party time! Each additional guest (beyond 10) is $25/child. 

Children's parties are available on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Weekday times may be available; call, text or email the studio for availability. We cannot reserve children's parties on Friday or Saturday evenings after 5:00 PM.

Down Payment of $100 is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due within 5 days of your party date. 

Cancellation Policy: 14-day advance notice to cancel required for refunds/store credits. A cancellation fee of $75 for cancellations made within 2 weeks. Cancellations made 7 days or fewer will not receive refunds/store credits. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Teen pARTies (13-17 yrs)

Our Teen Party Package is $400 is for up to 10 painters PLUS the Guest of Honor (total 11). This package includes a 2-hour painting YOU CHOOSE and an extra 30 minutes of party time before the painting session for celebrating and socializing, giving you a full 2.5 hours of party time! More than 10 guests, each additional painter is $35/per person.

Teen pARTies are available most weekdays between the hours of 4:30PM-8:00 PM, Saturdays from 12:00PM-8:00PM and Sundays between 1:00PM-5:00PM.

Down Payment of $100 is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due within 5 days of your party date.

Alcohol Policy

We are a BYOB. Wine or Beer ONLY, please! Guests must be 21+ to bring or consume alcohol in our studio. ID Required. New York State law prohibits opened or unfinished alcohol from leaving the premises.

Age Policy

Adult classes 18+ yrs unless otherwise noted. Kids classes-see Event Description for each class for minimum age. No observers, infants, toddlers, pets permitted. No smoking. No e-cigs. See Event Description for each class for more details.
