Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We require at least FOUR seats total for an event to be filled in order to hold a class. If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, you will be given the option of a full refund or a class credit.

We ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your class to receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the class, we may be able to offer you a class credit instead. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, including same-day cancellations, will result in the loss of your class fee. Guests who do not show up for a class will not receive a refund or credit.

For our *Paint Your Pet* events, we require seven days’ notice for cancellations, as we prepare pet sketches well in advance and artists are compensated prior to the events for this process.

Classes begin promptly at their scheduled time, so please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled. If you arrive late, you may lose your seat and forfeit the cost of the class.
