All classes after 6pm must be ages 18 or older however guests 5 and up may paint with a paid adult painter (please no infants, toddlers or children in these classes). Family classes are ages 6 and up, daytime classes are 10 and up.

We offer a limited selection of beer and wine for sale. NOT BYOB. Must be 21 & up to consume on premise. - You are more than welcome to bring in some light snacks or finger foods. Remember you are painting most of the time.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Twist at Home Kits:
No Refunds/Store Credit for Take Home Kits.

Our staffing and supplies are planned according to the number of registered guests. Refunds will be given upon request for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE to cover our incurred credit card processing fees. Store credit ONLY will be given for individuals canceling with less than a 7 hour notice. Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the event not attended. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice no refund or Store Credit will be issued. "No shows" will not be issued store credit. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

For a reservation of 10 or more painters a 4 day notice of cancellation is required for refund. Reservations will be converted to Twist At-Home, and no refund or Store Credit will be issued.

For Studio Credit/Refund Consideration: Please call 352-708-4466 to cancel your reservation or send an email to studio222@paintingwithatwist.com.

Private Events:
Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in your Private Event Agreement signed by host.

Paint Your Pet:
To receive a refund for this custom class, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance. Store credit good for 90 days will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before class time. No refund or store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours, but your reservation may be moved to a future Paint Your Pet class.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast! Please arrive 30 mins PRIOR to your class if you are ADDING a DIY CANDLE.

Bad Weather Policy:
Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.
