In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

**NO REFUNDS**
All sales are final/non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class or kit. Store credit will expire 1 calendar year from the date of issuance.
No call/no shows will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions.
If we are unable to hold the class/event or complete your order due to any fault on our behalf , a County Mandate, or severe weather, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative option.
Options will include rescheduling the class/event to a later date/time, Converting the class/event to a Virtual experience, issue you a full credit good towards any future class or kit purchase or provide an alternative take-home kit option.

Special considerations may be available on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund should none of the alternative options suffice. If a refund is issued, it will be the full amount minus a 13% processing fee.
