KIT PICKUP HOURS ARE BETWEEN 1 AND 4pm, TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. PLEASE ALLOW US AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY TO PUT YOUR KITS TOGETHER FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. KITS AVAILABLE BY PRE-PURCHASE ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: This is a KIT only. This is not a virtual event. If you are interested in scheduling a VIRTUAL EVENT (with our artist's instruction), please see our "party info" tab on our website. CURBSIDE PICKUP KIT ONLY. Kit is prepared in a disinfected studio with sanitized hands. Your Kit will contain: Chosen surface, paint colors you will need for your selected painting, gently used brushes for you to keep, napkins, paint palette plate, plastic cup, and step by step instructions. Some of our painting options also include a video step by step! Upon arrival at the studio, call 314-434-7928 with your name. WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE. No one is permitted in the studio. A studio employee will bring your kit(s) outside for you to pick up. This is set in place for contactless delivery. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-STUDIO CLASSES: All reservations are non-refundable. In addition, we require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of a reservation. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a store credit may be issued. Guests with less than 24 hour notice and No Shows will forfeit their registration fee. If a minimum of 4 seats is not met, the class is subject to art changes or cancellation.
