About This Event

(3 hour) Ages 7+ Welcome! This is an art camp with our qualified PWAT instructors. Each day students work on that day's painting, then take a break and do some crafts, then spend the second half of the session working on their large project. The week ends on Friday with a mini-art show where students will show off everything they have worked on. Our Studio is BYOB, please send students with their own snacks/drinks/lunches.

ARRIVAL TIME: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat before we get TWISTED as class will start on time.
Students must be ages 7+ to take this class, no exceptions. Parents will need to fill out a kids camp form before student can attend class.
BYOB; Please provide snacks for your students.
SEATING REQUESTS: Please indicate on your reservation in the “Seating and Special Requests” section who you want to sit with. Many of our classes sell out and we do create a seating chart ahead of schedule.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to pay online, you can secure your seat by giving a credit card over the phone and you may pay differently once you arrive. If you are reserving 3 or more seats, your card will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total. Should there be a no show or inadequate cancellation notice, the credit card on file will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: cypress@paintingwithatwist.com

Refund/Cancellation

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: 24-hours notice required for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats via email to receive full studio credit. Class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given for inadequate cancellation notice or for no-shows - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not offering refunds for individual cancellations.
CANCELLATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: 7-days notice required via email to cancel for full refund. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be cancelled, you will be notified via email.
