About This Event

FAMILY FUN: Under 18 welcome! We do NOT allow drop offs. Painters under the age of 6 must be assisted by an adult.

ARRIVAL TIME: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & ready to enjoy a fun experience! Doors Open 30 minutes before class time.

AGE POLICY: Please respect the age policy listed above. We do not allow infants, toddlers during this class. No Exceptions.

BYOB: Drinks & Food, including alcohol. We provide cups, napkins, bottle openers. Cypress studio does NOT have ICE. You are allowed to bring your own ice in a small cooler. We do NOT provide silverware. No confetti please. You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID. No open flame or plugs.

SEATING REQUESTS: Please tell us who you want to sit with in the “Seating and Special Requests” section. We do make seating charts for classes with more than 20 guests.

PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. Phone reservations require minimum 50% of balance due. Should there be a no show or inadequate cancellation notice, no studio credit will be offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours’ notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hours’ notice for 3 or more seats. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class credit will not be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats for full studio credit. We do not offer refunds for guest cancellations: cypress@paintingwithatwist.com

Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be canceled, you will be notified via email. In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, guests will be offered their choice of studio credit, transfer reservation, Twist at Home kit or a refund.

COVID: MASKS are not required. Disposable aprons available upon request.

Refund/Cancellation

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: 24-hours notice required for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats via email to receive full studio credit. Class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given for inadequate cancellation notice or for no-shows - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not offering refunds for individual cancellations.
CANCELLATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: 7-days notice required via email to cancel for full refund. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be cancelled, you will be notified via email.
