*ALL guests are required to wear a mask or face covering in the studio*
Adult classes are for painters 18+; painters aged 16+ ok if
accompanied by an adult painter.
*Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time to get uncorked, smocked
& in your seat! If you desire more time, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time! Late arrivals may not be allowed to paint, and will forfeit registration fee.
SEATING REQUESTS: If you'd like to be seated with another guest please let us know in the
Special Request section of registration. We cannot guarantee seating
changes upon your arrival. If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately,
give us a group name or point person in the Special Request box when you reserve online.
BYOB: Drinks and food! We provide cups, plates, napkins, corkscrews and bottle openers. We
do **NOT** provide ice or utensils.
**Guests MUST be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio**. We reserve the right to ask
for ID.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat. If you
choose to not pay online, please call the studio to pay by phone.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations MUST be via email. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before
class **WILL NOT** be refunded or receive a credit. Reservations cancelled 24
hours or more before class will receive either a refund (-10% service fee), transfer to another event, or a gift certificate good for 90 days from the date of the event. No shows or cancellations after class has begun **WILL NOT** be refunded. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel class for any reason. Should we
need to cancel class we will offer transfer, store credit or refund.
