Kid's parties ages 6-12 may be booked 10 am-6 pm Mon-Fri and 10 am-4 pm Sat-Sun. Minimum age to paint at our studio is 6. Children's parties are not allowed during evening hours.
The minimum number of guests required for a private party is 10. Our studio capacity is 66 (42 in the main room, and 24 in the party room.) If you are in need of a larger capacity, please notify us of this need immediately.
Private parties can be booked either for a 2 hour session at $35 per person or a 3 hour session at $45 per person. Children’s parties, age 6-12, can be booked at $25 per person for an 1.5 hour session if the painting selection is chosen from PWAT’s 1.5 hour (12 and under) category.
Your guests may pay in advance online, upon arrival, or you in one lump sum as a group. Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards, cash, and checks.
A credit card is required to secure the hold for Public and Private Parties. Private Parties do not require a deposit, Public Parties require payment for 5 guests upfront.
The sooner, the better! We can book a party up til 6 months in advance.
Once your private party is booked an invitation to our online painting gallery is generated to view our painting selections.

Public parties can be booked either for a two hour session at $35 per person, or a three hour session at $45 per person. You are responsible for paying for 5 guests upfront. All other guests can register online, or pay when they arrive. These parties are open to the public. To allow other guests time to register for your event, we require painting selections to be turned in at least 5 full days prior to the date of the event. To ensure that each painting has public appeal, we ask you to choose your top 3 paintings. We decide which painting ultimately goes on the calendar based on your top selections. We will provide all of the supplies you will need such as paint, brushes, easels, canvases, aprons, and any other materials needed to complete the painting. We also have a supply of wine openers, plastic cups, napkins, and ice buckets for your use. You are welcome to bring your beverages of choice, ice, and any food that you would like. If utensils are required, please bring those as well.
Cancellation Policy--Public parties are non-refundable. Therefore, once payment method is received by Painting with a Twist, the party cannot be moved or cancelled. By providing any form of payment, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.

As the host of the private party, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the minimum number attending. We suggest that you collect the appropriate payments from your group in advance, or have your members reserve their spots through our online payment system. You will be charged for the minimum number of attendees (10) even if the attendance does not reach the minimum. Private parties can be booked either for a two hour session at $35 per person, or a three hour session at $45 per person. Your guests can pay individually when they arrive or you can pay as a group. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. For that reason, please have your guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow for checking in and setting up. An additional studio fee of $50 will be added to your cost if your guests fail to arrive by the time class starts, or if your group exceeds your scheduled time session. We will provide all of the supplies you will need such as paint, brushes, easels, canvases, aprons, and any other materials needed to complete the painting. We also have a supply of wine openers, plastic cups, napkins, and ice buckets for your use. You are welcome to bring your beverages of choice, ice, and any food that you would like. If utensils are required, please bring those as well.
We require at least one week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel. If you fail to give us at least one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $150. If you must cancel within 6 days of your party (and you still provide at least 72 hours notice), you have the option to reschedule your party for a later date. The date must be submitted with the cancellation and will carry the same guaranteed minimum. The new date must be within 30 days of the originally scheduled party. You may only reschedule your party once. If the rescheduled party is cancelled, then the cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your party within 48 hours of the scheduled party time or if you do not show up for your party, you will be charged the cancellation fee of $150.
