16x20 Canvas Painting
(1.5 hour)This class is recommended for ages 6+, all ages welcome. All painters under the age of 6 must have an adult painting with them. These classes move very fast, so please keep snacks/desserts/decorations simple.
Host: Please arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your paint time to set up, discuss changes with your artist & greet your guests. Please be respectful of the party following yours. We book pARTies 1 hour apart. Once your paint time has ended you have 15-20 minutes to remove what you have brought with you before vacating the space; our artist needs to reset the room for the next event.
PAYMENT POLICY: Children’s Private Party Reservations must be paid in full before paint time. CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL Private Parties require a minimum of 7 day cancellation notice via email. You must meet the minimum requirements for paid guests in order for your deposit to be returned. Deposit returns are processed the following Monday after your private party.
Guests: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get smocked & in your seat before we begin. Guests that arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to complete the painting; our artist must end the pARTy on time.
Respect the pARTy: Parents please keep your conversations low so that your painters can hear the artist. We want our little Picassos and Artemisia’s to have a great time. We do provide aprons, we suggest kids wear clothes that it is ok to get paint on.
Drop Offs: Parents picking up guests need to be back on site 10 minutes before your paint time ends so that they can celebrate with you!
BYOB: Drinks and Food, including alcohol! We provide cups, plates, bottle openers & ice buckets (not silverware.) We provide ice for chilling, but not for serving, you may bring a cooler with ice. No confetti.
You must meet the minimum paid guest count of 7 Monday-Wednesday and 10 Thursday through Sunday in order to receive your deposit back. Payment due before class starts.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose not to pay online, you can secure your seat by giving a credit card over the phone and you may pay differently once you arrive. If you are reserving 3 or more seats over the phone only, your card will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total. Should there be a no show or inadequate cancellation notice, the credit card on file will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: email@example.com
