How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?

Once your private party is booked an invitation to our online art gallery will be sent to you. 

Additional information to consider

  • This studio features Adult and Family events.  All 21+ painting events require ID for entry.    

  • Private parties can be booked for any day and time of the week contingent upon staff and space availability and minimum guest count requirement

  • 21+ Private Parties require a minimum of 10 people Sunday through Thursday, and a minimum of 20 people on a Friday or Saturday.  The cost for a 2 hour private party is $35.00 per person.  No discounts, promotions, or rewards points may be applied to a private party reservation. If the minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum and the number of guest attending must be paid before the party can take place.  All seats must be reserved and paid no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Age Group 7 - 10 years old:  The cost is $25 per person and requires a minimum of 10 people.  This includes a 1.5-hour painting event, and 30 minutes of social time for cake and presents.  No comps, store credits, discounts, or rewards points can be applied to private party reservations   All seats must be reserved and paid no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Age Group 11+, teens and young adults: The cost is $35 per person and requires a minimum of 10 people.  This includes a 2-hour painting event, and 30 minutes social time for cake and presents. No comps, store credits, discounts, or rewards points can be applied to private party reservations

  •  All seats must be reserved and paid no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

  • The host of any private party will need to hold the reservation with a valid credit card deposit of $150.00, that is non-refundable due to late cancellations or date and time changes. 

  • The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons are provided by the studio.  

  • Guest are welcome to bring snack or food items. If you are using a catering service please have them contact the studio for restrictions and delivery instructions.  

  • BYOB is not allowed in this studio.  The studio bar offers soft beverages as well as select beer and wine for purchase for 21+ events.  Soft beverages are availabe for purchase for all under 21 events.  No outside beverage of any kind is permitted into the studio. 

  • We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so ask your guests to arrive promptly at party start time. 

  • Private parties have a 15 minute grace period before the painting start time and 15 minute grace period at the painting end time. Grace period is designated for, but is not limited to, set-up, breakdown, food and beverage staging, check-in and socializing.  

  • A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $75.00 and an additional $75.00 for each additional hour over party end time.  Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion. 

  • Deposits are refunded at the end of the party, once ALL terms have been met.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least one-week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel.  If you fail to give us at least a one-week (7 days) notice from your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $150.00.  If you make your reservation within or less than 7 days in advance, the refund policy applies without exception.  NO REFUNDS on individual seat reservations. Painting with a Twist is considered a live event and all sales are final regardless of circumstances. A courtesy store credit good for 90 days may be available only if the studio is notified by email no less than 48 hours in advance, and if the minimum seat requirement is met otherwise. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.  

Alcohol Policy

BAR STUDIO: (21+) offers Beer, Wine, and Champagne for purchase. FAMILY STUDIO: (Under 21) offer Soft Beverages for purchase. NO BYOB ALLOWED. Absolutely no outside beverage or personal water bottle allowed into the studio.
