Refund/Cancellation

(COVID-19 INFO AT BOTTOM) PUBLIC EVENTS: More than 48 hrs notification are eligible for full refund, studio credit or registration rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 2 hrs before event are subject only to a studio credit. (please leave a message if calling after hours, 708-441-4300) Sorry – no refunds on no-shows. Cancellations made less than 2 hrs before the event are considered a No-show and will forfeit all funds. PAINT YOUR PET events: Due to the customization of the Pre-sketched canvas, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NOT eligible for refunds. Rescheduling only. AT HOME Paint Kits: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
