Alcohol Policy

Our BYOB classes are intended for adult painters, we suggest painters age 15 - 20 be accompanied by an adult. You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol in the studio. Younger painters can participate in our Family Friendly classes.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
We require that you give us notice of your wish to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your event at which time you will be issued a store credit.
**If you cancel within 24 hours of your reserved event (or you choose to no-show) you will forfeit your reservation and will not be issues any store credit or refund**.
Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days prior to theyments event to receive a store credit.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances.
**Payments made for a Private Party Deposit (to reserve your event) are non-refundable.**
