Green Gin Fizz
Ingredients
• 2 oz. London dry gin
• 1 tsp. green creme de menthe
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp. superfine sugar
• club soda
Directions
Shake strenuously with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then strain into a Collins glass.
