We have limited the number of guests at each event to allow 6 feet of space between each group. 6 of our seats are at High-Top tables, please indicate in the special requests if this will be a problem for you. Spectators are not allowed at any event.

Alcohol Policy

Our Studio has been and continues to be Alcohol-Free & Family Friendly. The State of Kentucky prohibits BYOB. If you wish to purchase a drink, feel free to stop by The Hilton Doubletree which is just steps from our door before or after your class!

This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

For In-Studio Events and Public Offsite Event, we have limited guests at each event to follow social distancing guidelines & adding 6 feet of space between each group.
CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We have lowered our cancellation policy for in-studio events only to 12 hours. Public Off-Site Events remain at 24 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you need to cancel your reservation for an in-studio event for any reason, please notify the Studio at least 12 hrs. for in-studio or 24 hrs. for offsite in advance, and a Studio Credit will be issued. All Refunds are done in the form of Studio Credit, which can be used towards a future standard in-studio event for up to 5 years. "No Shows", Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, Guests not following the Age or Alcohol Policy listed above, or guests not in masks will NOT be issued a studio credit or allowed to paint and will lose their registration fee.

ALL SALES FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS AND VIRTUAL KITS ARE FINAL. CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS FOR ANY REASON AND STUDIO CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS.
