About This Event

Try something NEW and create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle with 24 amazing scents options before you paint! Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class start time to create their candle and it will be ready to take home after class. Late arrivals will not be able to participate.

The Wooden Cutout Shapes we have available are an 18" Mason Jar or Snowman/3 Stacked Pumpkin.

Choose Any Painting from over 1300 options at this event. Our artist will be close by to assist in any way! Please copy and paste the link below and choose your 2 favorite paintings, then email us the titles ASAP. We ask for 2 per guest because sometimes paintings get misplaced. If you do not send your painting selections at least 1 hour before the event, you will need to choose a painting from our Pop-In & Paint Art Binders to paint. Food & Drink Policy- It is prohibited by the State of Kentucky's law for us to knowingly allow alcohol at any event. You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice and/or snacks. If you wish to purchase a drink, feel free to stop by The Hilton Doubletree which is just steps from our door before or after your class!
Age Policy

AGE POLICY- Guests under 13 must be with a registered adult. All guests must be able to sit for the entire class and follow step-by-step directions. SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT OUR EVENTS, WHICH INCLUDE BABIES & NON-REGISTERED CHILDREN/ADULTS.

Our Studio has been and continues to be Alcohol-Free & Family Friendly. The State of Kentucky prohibits BYOB. If you wish to purchase a drink, feel free to stop by The Hilton Doubletree which is just steps from our door before or after your class!

Refund/Cancellation

All In-Studio Events (Including Open Studio and Pop In & Paint) & Public Offsite Events-

We continue to do our best to social distance, but due to the nature of our events, brief interaction with others is possible.

Each event must have at least 4-5 guests signed up depending on the event to be able to take place. Due to this, we may have to reschedule events with little notice. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEATHER, COVID, OR LACK OF PARTICIPANT YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CHOICE OF A DIFFERENT EVENT, A TWIST AT HOME KIT, OR A STUDIO CREDIT THAT IS REDEEMABLE FOR 2 YEARS AS OF 1/1/2022.

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We have lowered our cancellation policy for in-studio events only to 12 hours. Public Off-Site Events remain at 24 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you need to cancel your reservation for an in-studio event for any reason, please notify the Studio at least 12 hrs. for in-studio or 24 hrs. for offsite in advance, and a Studio Credit will be issued. All Refunds are done in the form of Studio Credit, which can be used towards a future standard in-studio event for up to 2 years as of 1/1/2022. "No Shows", Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, Guests not following the Age or Alcohol Policy listed above, or guests not in masks will NOT be issued a studio credit or allowed to paint and will lose their registration fee.

CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS FOR ANY REASON AND STUDIO CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS OR POP IN & PAINT.
