About This Event

MASKS ARE REQUIRED in our studio without exception. Face Shields are not a recommended substitute for masks according to the CDC and cannot be used in place of a mask.
**Guests with medical condition preventing wearing masks are asked to take home a kit or visit at a time when the state isn't requiring masks.
**Friends will be seated together. Groups not together will be seated 6' apart.
**If you are concerned about venturing out, we encourage a Twist at Home Kit to enjoy and ensure your safety.

TEXT 513.229.7700 if you want to register more guests than open seats to see if we can fit more in. Due to limited seating, we have to limit, but may have room to add 1 or 2 with a group.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
*Guests must reserve & pay for a seat in this class prior to arrival. We cannot register for this class at the door.
**Check for your EMAIL CONFIRMATION to ensure you are registered correctly.
***Cancellation Policy below and strictly enforced.

ARRIVAL TIME:
*Doors Open 30 minutes before event start time for a 'Happy Half Hour'! Instruction begins PROMPTLY on time.
**Late Arrivals: No credit/refunds to late arrivals.

WHAT TO BRING:
*We are BYOB for Refreshments and Light Snacks. Beer/Wine only (No Hard Alcohol Allowed). NO Cups & Wine Openers available for your use at this time. Must be 21yo to consume alcohol.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS:
*Choose ONE name for all guests in your group to say they are sitting with when registering (i.e sit with Cindy Lou Who). Seat changes not promised at class time.

*Our studio is at 6196 Tylersville, Mason, OH in Drug Mart Plaza off I-75
Age Policy

13yrs and up allowed when accompanied by an adult. All guests require a Paid Reservation. No Observers, Infants/Young Children permitted during any class time.

The Twist is our studio is BYOB! Our guests are welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy during class! Adult Beverages limited to Beer/Wine (Hard Alcohol Prohibited). Must be 21 to drink alcohol. No cups/Wine Openers at this time.

Refund/Cancellation

PWAT CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO THIS CLASS:
**48 hours or more notice to cancel attendance in class: Full Refund.
**48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance in class: NO REFUND - A Complimentary Credit will be issued valid 3 months from issue date.
**4 hours notice or less to cancel attendance in class: NO REFUND/NO CREDIT.
**Reservations made within 48 hours of class will have cancellation policy apply to cancellation.
**Policy applies for cancellation due to Covid.
**Twist At Home Kits have no refund/no credit.
***Weather cancellation is studio credit only.

PRIVATE EVENT GUESTS:
No credit or refund issued if has not met minimum registration (10 guests or 15 guests on Friday and Saturday PM). If minimum met, standard cancellation policy applies.
**Private Event hosts/guests needing to cancel due to covid will receive credit only (no refunds) within the 14 day cancellation window.

**LATE ARRIVALS: We begin and end on time for all classes. Any guest more than 10 minutes late to class will miss important instruction - no refund or credit issued for late arrivals.
**BAD WEATHER POLICY: Studio Credit only issued if cancellation occurs due to bad weather (Details on FAQ page and apply to this event.)
