Benefits of a Private Party

  • You & guests may bring any snacks & non-alcoholic drinks of your choice.

Adult Party Costs

Our private parties start at $30 per person for our cotton canvases & $35 per person for our wood pallets.  The bigger the party, the bigger discount we can offer. Parties are available any day or evening of the week, just make sure to submit your party request as soon as possible.

  • Private parties of 20 starts at $560*
  • Private parties of 25 starts at $675*

*These prices apply to lump sum payments.  We also offer an option where guests can register & pay individually for the private party. Once a predetermined number of registrations is made, we will include include 1 drink per person.  Please call our studio at 414-988-5050 to discuss such options in advance.  

Kids Parties (Ages 5-14) Costs

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here & they also love our dance breaks! Kids will paint on 12x12 cotton canvases.  The younger the children, the more chaperones we respectfully request.  Bonus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces/party favor so there is no need to come back & pick them up at a later date.

Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week.

Typical Kids Parties include 1.5 or 2 hour art with time for breaks, cupcakes or cake, & presents.

  • 8 kids for $200 (each additional kid is $25)
  • 13 kids for $300 (each additional kid is $23)
  • 18 kids for $400 (each additional kid is $21)
  • The bigger the party, the bigger the discount.

Here's how it works

  1. Visit our Rquest Party section of our website or Call us at (414) 988-5050 or e-mail us at to schedule your party date & time.  Please make sure to include in the Message Box of the party request what you are interested in painting so that we can send all the paintings that match your interests.  
  2. After we receive your party request, you will receive an email with a link to our painting gallery. Please check in your trash or junk folders in case you do not receive one in your inbox.  If you do not receive in an email within 24 hours of submitting the request, we respectfully request you please call us at (414) 988-5050 to make sure we received the request. 
  3. Click on the link in the email & select your painting choice for your party as soon as possible. Please note that everyone will paint the same painting, but colors can be changed.
  4. Once we set your reservation with your painting of choice, the same link will allow you to manage your party, such as creating online invitations, emailing them to your guests, & tracking guests that have registered - should you chose to use it.
  5. A party passcode will also be created for you so that only you & your guests will be able to make online reservations.


Our studio can accommodate up to 60 people.  For parties of more than 40 people, we can offer 2 paintings.  


  • We respectfully request that party requests be submitting as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that we have the date & time avialable. 
  • We respectfully request that party requests be submitted no later than 18 days before the date requested. For requests in less than 18 days before the date sought, please still submit the party request & call the studio 414-988-5050.
  • We respectfully request that a painting be selected within 48 hours of the email with the link of paintings, but no later than 14 days before the event.
  • We respectfully request a 3 seat deposit be placed no later than 12 days before the event.
  • We respectfully request that a final headcount & all guests be registered & paid no later than 7 days before the event. We can accommodate minor adjustments leading up to the event.
  • If your party does not reach the minimum number of required guests, it may be cancelled or opened up to the public.    


Payment may be made online using the passcode or by phone. If you choose not to pay online or phone please call our studio to make other arrangements for payment. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public and private events.

  • To give notice of cancellation please call email our studio with a follow-up phone call.
  • If you notify the studio more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund (minus a transaction fee of up to 10% to cover our expense) may be issued upon request.
  • If you notify the studio with 24 hours’ notice or more from your reservation date, a studio credit may be issued for your use towards a future class.
  • If you notify the studio less than 24 hours from the class start time, no refund or credit will be issued. 
  • No shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
  • Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by host.
  • Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests, and we will do our best to re-schedule the class. Please see our website or Facebook Page for updates in a case of questionable weather.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or later you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!
  • This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception.
  • Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.

Offsite Private Parties

We do offer to bring the party to you. We bring all the painting supplies, easels, aprons, and artists. We respectfully ask you to provide the tables, chairs, & table coverings. Our prices start at the same rate as our private adult parties.  

Offsite parties start at a minimum of

  • $600 ($30/person) for cotton canvas paint party for up to 20 people. Each additional painter is an additional $28.
  • $700 ($35/person) for wood pallet paint party for up to 20 people. Each additional painter is an additional $32.
  • $950 ($27/person) for cotton canvas paint party for 35 people.  Each additional painter is an additional $25.
  • $1,050 ($30/person) for wood pallet paint party for 35 people. Each additional painter is an additional $29.
  • $1,200 ($24/person) for cotton canvas paint party for 50 people.  Each additional painter is an additional $24.
  • $1,300 ($26/person) for wood pallet paint party for 50 people. Each additional painter is an additional $25.

Alcohol Policy

We have wine and beer available for purchase. All guests consuming alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age with a valid I.D.
