Retail orders are available for Pickup from our Studio anytime during our normal operating hours. Orders must be placed by 9 am for pickup that same day. Pickup by appointment is also available, please call the studio (352-383-7928) to arrange.
Cardboard Easels are perfect to use with our Twist at home kits. The easel will keep your canvas upright for painting while following our video or utilizing the step by step instructions.
Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase
In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Our staffing and supplies are planned according to the number of registered guests. Refunds will be given upon request for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. Store credit ONLY will be given for individuals canceling with less than a 48 hour notice. Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of the event not attended. "No shows" will not be issued store credit. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. For Studio Credit/Refund Consideration: Please call 352-383-7928 to cancel your reservation - leave a message if you reach our voice mail with your name and the class you are registered for so we can handle your request in accordance with the policy. Private Events: Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy outlined in our Private Party information. For Guests of a Private Event we require more than 48 hrs notice to provide you a refund. If less than 48 hrs notice is given, a store credit good for 90 days will be issued. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. If the party is cancelled less than 7 days in advance, guests who have reserved will receive a store credit good for 90 days. Please consider the event host before cancelling, they are responsible to meet a minimum number of guests attending the event. Paint Your Pet: To receive a refund for this custom class, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance. Store credit good for 90 days will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before class time. No refund or store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours, however your reservation may be moved to a future Paint Your Pet class. Bad Weather Policy: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.
