About This Event

Where better to sip and paint than our local winery!

Join us at Sumner Crest Winery in Portland for a relaxing guided painting experience. We'll have all the Twist fun, but in a different location. No outside food or drinks will be allowed, but the winery has an array of snacks and wine for purchase. Painters receive $2 off on flights and 10% off on bottles... the wine is made right here on location! Must be 21 or older!

***Arrive early to get your food & wine, get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! Painting will begin promptly at the start time listed. The entire length of the class will be needed to complete the painting. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the class, you may not be allowed to paint, and your payment will be forfeited. *****

If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone (615-447-3526) or visit our studio in person for payment.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund may be given for individuals canceling at least 48 hours before the event. Studio credit (expires in 6 months) will be offered for cancellations at least 24 hours before the event. "No shows" and last-minute cancellations will not be issued store credit or refunds. (Please leave a voice message or text if after hours, 615-447-3526).

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be canceled up to 3 hours before the event.
Age Policy

Family Workshops and Pop in are recommended for painters age is 4 years and up. Our nighttime (beginning at 7:00pm or later) "Public Event" workshops are designed for adults. Age 13+ are permitted when accompanied by a painting adult at parent discretion.

Refund/Cancellation

Retail / To Go Orders: All sales are final. No refunds or store credit.

Regular In-Studio and Open Studio: Refunds will be given if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to event. Studio Credit (will expire 3 months after original event date) will be given when cancellation is made 6 hours in advance of event. No refunds or credit given for last minute cancellations and no shows. Please email studio315@paintingwithatwist or call/text 615-447-3526 to cancel reservation.

Private Parties: When the 10-person minimum (or 8 from Sunday-Thursday) is not met one week prior to event, Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel the event and retain deposit. Alternatively, the event may be converted to a public event and open reservations may be taken. The deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled due to non-payment or cancellation within 7 days.
