About This Event

FANTASY SELF-PORTRAIT NIGHT
Unleash your inner fae, warrior, dragon-rider, or magical rebel…

Step into the pages of your favorite fantasy world by transforming yourself into a magical character on canvas! Whether you imagine yourself with elf ears, dragon wings, glowing tattoos, or a crown of thorns, this is your chance to become the star of your own fantasy epic — no portals required.

HOW IT WORKS:
Send us a high-resolution JPEG image of yourself. Our artist will pre-sketch your portrait in advance of the event.
Please submit a well-lit, tight headshot —daylight is best! Head and shoulders only. Full-body photos will not be accepted.
Let us know what type of character you’d like to become (e.g., fae with antlers, armored knight, glowing eyes, etc.). Bonus points for sending inspiration images or descriptions — the more detail, the better! Each portrait will be hand-sketched and artistically interpreted based on what you provide.

DEADLINE: Photos must be submitted at least 3 DAYS before class.

This event is intended for adult painters 21+, but we welcome painters ages 14–18 if accompanied by a painting adult. NO SPECTATORS – all attendees must be registered painters.

Feel free to bring your own snacks or non-alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, sodas, and snacks are available for purchase at our bar. Outside alcohol is not allowed (per Oklahoma law). A valid ID is required for all alcohol purchases.

Refund/Cancellation

*NO REFUNDS* All sales are final.

We are a live entertainment venue, and hire artists and prepare supplies based on reservations. Thank you for understanding our policy must remain firm.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible so that another individual has the opportunity to make a reservation in your place. We are happy to offer store credit to use for a future class or a take home kit if you cancel your reservation no later than 24hrs before the scheduled class start time.
No call/no shows will not receive store credit. Sorry, but no exceptions.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:

Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio
If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, class will be cancelled or rescheduled or complimentary credit will be issued to all registered guests.
If roads are clear and no weather advisory, class will be held as usual. No store credit issued.
