REGULAR CLASSES are for ages 5 and up. KIDS' CLASSES and FAMILY CLASSES are for ages 4 and up.

Alcohol Policy

Our Studio has an inexpensive beverage bar with wines, beers, champagne, sodas and water available for purchase. Due to zoning restrictions in the City of Orlando we are NOT BYOB. You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for public events, so that we may offer your spot to another customer. Individuals giving more than 24 hours notice of cancellation may receive a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE to cover our incurred credit card processing fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice but more than 12 hours notice may receive a Store Credit. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice no refund or Store Credit will be issued. For a reservation of 10 or more painters a 4 day notice of cancellation is required for refund. Reservations will be converted to Twist At-Home, and no refund or Store Credit will be issued. No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS.

Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in your Private Event Agreement signed by host.

Bad Weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared .Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.

For Private Parties, the host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 10 day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 10 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
