REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: There are NO REFUNDS or STORE CREDITS for Twist at Home kit purchases. We require more than 24 hours notice to provide you a refund for virtual and in-studio events. Parties of 12 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ABOUT THIS. No refunds for same-day reservations.
