Ages 18+ Welcome! Make it a great date night!
PLEASE review the following to insure a pleasant experience for all of our guests. Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. We start promptly at the published class time, late arrivals will NOT be given individual instruction & may not be able to finish the painting.
BYOB: Drinks and food! We provide cups, napkins, & bottle openers. We do NOT provide ice.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 850-471-1450 to pay by phone.
If you are meeting friends and making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We will do our best to seat you together, but we can NOT guarantee group seating if everyone in the group does not let us know!
Color changes are allowed, but require a knowledge of blending and shading, our artists are not able to offer individual instructions.
Reservations at the last minute may not be guaranteed with your group.
All classes are for adults 18 years old and up, unless noted in the event title. No exceptions. Due to seating limitations ALL painters are required to be paid guests.
We require 24 hour notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. A store credit will be issued for cancellations.
No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will not receive a refund or store credit. This policy is strictly enforced.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers .will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Our staffing and supplies are planned according to the number of guests. Our studio operates much like a concert, theater, or sporting event. Refunds are not available, but, unlike these venues, we do issue a store credit for future use. Store credits will be valid for 60 days from the date of the event not attended OR you may give your reservation to someone else to enjoy...they only need to give us your name upon arrival. For NO SHOW-NO CALL notice, we do NOT issue store credits, as these seats could have been reserved by others if we were notified. We realize sometimes situations arrive that are not foreseeable, however we are not able to accommodate all of the requests we receive due to personal situations. We do so hope you understand our position.
Alcohol Policy
BYOB must be 21 years old to consume alcohol in our studio.
Age Policy
18 to paint & 21 to party, unless otherwise indicated. Please Note: We are an ADULT venue, classes allowing under age 18 are noted on class description.
