Abby has a Masters in Fine Arts and a Bachelors in Art Education. She has been working with children for 10+ years and has experience in working with special needs children and youth. She specializes in Painting with a Twist's children, family, and elderly classes. Her whimsical and witty energy keep them dancing, laughing, and embracing their individuality through painting! A glimpse into her unique resume would include being a professional clown and face painter. She identifies as crazy cat lady and food conesseur. Her life motto is: "when in doubt, take a step back and dance it out!"
Ashley has been with Painting with a Twist for three years and can’t imagine her weekends without it! She earned a Masters of Education and teaches 2nd grade in the field of gifted education with a focus in emotional support... so you’re in good hands! Ashley loves to encourage people to relax through throwback jams and laughter during her classes. When she’s not accidentally serenading you, Ashley enjoys coffee, reading, yoga, and spoiling her rescued Maltipoo fur baby, Diego.
Jill has taught art in a variety of settings and has worked with many age groups. She has over 12 years of teaching experience in the K-12 school setting. Her art background is very diverse. Before she began her teaching career she worked as textile designer designing upholstery fabric and wallpaper. Jill loves all forms of art and she likes to experiment in many media. Her favorite forms of expression are painting, printmaking, jewelry, and drawing. When she is not creating art you can find her riding her mountain bike on the many trail systems in PA. All classes or parties after 6pm Mon-Fri and 4pm Sat-Sun must be ages 18 or older. We recommend age 7 and older for Family Day or afternoon classes. For Kids Parties ages 7-12.
