About This Event

Great for the Whole Family! Family Fun Art! The perfect family get-together for ages 5 yrs and up! Please, no drop-offs. No infants or toddlers. All guests under age 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minimum age 5. Guardians do not have to paint if they do not want to. Parents, please allow your children the freedom to paint by themselves and only assist if they ask for help. Please use the special request field to let us know if you are with a group. No infants or toddlers. No exceptions. Let's get ready to CREATE!

WHAT TO BRING:
*We are BYO for Refreshments and Light Snacks welcome.
**This event is ALCOHOL FREE - no exceptions.

Arrive 15-20 minutes early to get set, smocked, & in your seat. If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.

I authorize the photographing, videotaping, and/or interviewing of our guests during this event and understand that the resulting photographs, videotapes, or interviews may be published and used to promote Painting With A Twist, Plano programs.

Refund/Cancellation

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you notify the studio via email more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund
will be issued upon request.
2. If you notify the studio with 24 hours notice or more from your reservation date, studio credit will be issued for your use towards a future event.
3. If you notify the studio less than 4 hours from the event start time, no refund or credit will be issued.
4. No-shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
5. Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by the host.
6. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.
6. Custom Paintings, e.g. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. will be given store credit to come back and visit our studio.
7. If you cancel a class in which a gift certificate was used for the reservation, we will not issue you another gift certificate.
8. Private Parties/VIP group reservations have their own refund policy. Please click on our Party Info page.
