About This Event

Hello! Thanks so much for having us host your event in our new Plano studio! Our 2-hour events are led by professionally trained artists. They guide you – step by step – to create your very own custom art. You don’t need to be Van Gogh or Frida Khalo to enjoy our events – this experience is for anyone looking to have some fun! We are all about FUN art, not FINE art!

COVID precautions: We invested in a state-of-the-art, FDA-approved air purifier for the studio that has been proven to destroy 99% of Covid-19 in 1 hour. https://molekule.com/technology

Arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your party to decorate, mingle, however you would like to use the time while our artists set up for your event. The painting will begin at the scheduled time.

- We are BYOB, so guests 21 yrs + are welcome to bring beer, wine, or champagne ONLY. Non-alcoholic beverages are also allowed. Please have your ID ready.
- You’re welcome to bring whatever snacks you would like. We provide cups, plates, and napkins.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you notify the studio via email more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund
will be issued upon request.
2. If you notify the studio with 24 hours notice or more from your reservation date, studio credit will be issued for your use towards a future event.
3. If you notify the studio less than 4 hours from the event start time, no refund or credit will be issued.
4. No-shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
5. Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by the host.
6. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.
6. Custom Paintings, e.g. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. will be given store credit to come back and visit our studio.
7. If you cancel a class in which a gift certificate was used for the reservation, we will not issue you another gift certificate.
8. Private Parties/VIP group reservations have their own refund policy. Please click on our Party Info page.
