WE ARE TAKING THE FOLLOWING SAFTEY PRECAUTIONS:
- We Encourage, not enforce, either Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Proof of Negative Covid Test results within
7 days of the session you're attending.
- Limiting class size to promote social distancing
- Require customers to wear a mask to enter our studio
- disposable aprons available
- Frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas
- Staff will be wearing masks while not on stage
If you are attending a class with a group that can be seated together please indicate in the "special request" section at checkout so we can take the proper measures to social distance!
We are NOT a BYOB studio so please don't bring any alcohol with you. We have a selection of wine and beer for sale in the studio at affordable prices. **MUST BE 21 or Older with I.D. to Purchase or Consume ALCOHOLIC Beverages**
Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below.
Arrive 15-20 minutes early to park, sign-in, mingle, uncork, get apron on and be ready to go! If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll do our best to seat you together!
ONLY PAID GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES DURING CLASS TIME
(NO INFANTS PLEASE!)
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require more than 24 hrs notice to provide you a non-expiring store credit refund. Less than 24 hours notice, no store credit. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours as calls are time stamped.) NO SHOWS AND/OR LATE ARRIVALS (20 MINUTES PAST START OF CLASS) WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. We try to notify registrants 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
