IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: To all of our valued guests, your safety and the safety of our staff are our utmost concern. We are closely monitoring the CDC, state and local government websites for information and recommendations. At this point, small gatherings of less than 10 are still permitted. We have adjusted our class sizes to meet the CDC recommendations. We are taking extra precautionary measure to ensure surfaces are wiped down regularly with anti-bacterial wipes and we have ramped up cleaning efforts. We do understand that some people may feel a need to cancel, whether it be due to illness or concerns over exposure, therefore, we are changing our normal cancellation policy for at least the next 30 days beginning March 15th through April 15th, 2020. (We will re-evaluate after April 15th to determine if an extension is needed.) Should you have to cancel due to illness, concerns of exposure, or any other reason, please call our studio and leave a message. We will issue STORE CREDIT for any cancellations. The STORE CREDIT will be for the full amount paid for the class and can be used at a later date and time to attend a class at our studio. While we do encourage you to use the STORE CREDIT within the next 6 months, there will be NO EXPIRATION DATE for the STORE CREDIT and can be used at any time. Should it become necessary for us to cancel a class, we will personally contact you and you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your reservation. During this same 30 day period, we will not offer refunds. This is an effort to ensure the financial well-being of the company and secure the jobs of our artists.
