High resolutions photos work best! Our artist will sketch the photo on a canvas and we'll teach you to paint it. Close up, high quality pictures work best!
Please only send one (1) photo per painter and only one (1) pet per painter (photos with multiple pets can not be used.)
DEADLINE: all photos must be received no later 3 days prior to the event. Payments must be made upon registration.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to customize sketching, this class is NON-REFUNDABLE. With 24 hours notice of cancellation, you may choose to have your reservation moved to the next scheduled Paint Your Pet class. No shows will not receive a store credit, refund, or future reservation.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to check in and find your pet on the canvas as we will begin class on time.
This class is for 14 and older, minors must be accompanied by an adult, must be 21 to consume alcohol.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified via email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. If canceled by studio, you may choose to have your reservation moved to another class, receive a gift certificate to be used at a later date, or have your payment refunded.
Please indicate in the special request section of your reservation any special needs and the names of any individuals you will be meeting at the studio so we can make sure you are seated together.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note our CANCELLATION POLICY applies to individuals in all public and private events. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for public events so that we may offer your spot to another customer. Individuals canceling with at less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund or class credit. For those cancelling with at least 24 to 47 hours notice, you will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. ONLY cancellations with 48 HOURS advance notice will be offered a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS. For Private Parties, the host/hostess of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 7 day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast! Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a public class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.
