PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. Please pay online, or call our studio to make payment by phone 469-802-6333 or visit our studio in person for payment.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. Please note that your cancellation could impact your Private Party Host/Hostess required minimum participants and could result in additional charges to her/him in order to meet minimum requirements for participation. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No shows will not receive a store credit.
We are located at 819 W. Arapaho, Suite 52, in the Arapaho Village Shopping Center near Tom Thumb. We are on the opposite end of the shopping center from Tuesday Morning and next door to Edward D. Jones.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note our CANCELLATION POLICY applies to individuals in all public and private events. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for public events so that we may offer your spot to another customer. Individuals canceling with at less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund or class credit. For those cancelling with at least 24 to 47 hours notice, you will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. ONLY cancellations with 48 HOURS advance notice will be offered a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS. For Private Parties, the host/hostess of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 7 day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast! Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a public class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.
