About This Event

One Pet Per Canvas*
Please email a picture of your pet, within 24 hours of making your reservation - to allow adequate time for our artist to trace the outline of your pet on to a canvas. Please have the picture feature just the pet you wish to paint. This will be used as your starting point so please make sure the picture of your pet is clear and at the angle that you want for your finished painting of your fave animal to be. Email to studio345@paintingwithatwist.com and include your full name so we can match it your registration. Thank you!

Arrive 15-20 min early to get sipping, smocked & in your seat! PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIME IF YOU ARE MAKING A CANDLE.

**PLEASE NOTE** We do not serve any alcohol. Per VA ABC, we are prohibited from selling alcohol to our guests.

Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together! Our studio is for our painters only. Everyone needs a paid seat to stay on premises during all classes. (Private Parties have certain exceptions)

FINDING US: We are located in front of the Short Pump Town Center in the plaza next to the Hilton and across from the VCU Health building. From Broad Street, we are behind B.J.'s Brewhouse.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Kindly give 24 hour notice for all cancellations so that we can offer your spot to another customer. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. “No shows” with no notification or less than 24 hour notice will not be issued store credit.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. This doesn’t happen often and we apologize for the inconvenience. Registrants will be notified at least 4 hrs prior to class time and given studio credit as well as comped with an additional gift certificate, as
Age Policy

Approximately 16+ for all events where alcohol consumption is allowed. Individuals under 21 years are allowed in accordance with the class description. Approximately Ages 7+ for "family day" and kids' classes. No infants or toddlers.
What to bring
Alcohol Policy

Must be 21 to consume alcohol. Valid ID Req. Guests are allowed to bring wine or beer (no hard liquor), per VA ABC. Please Drink Responsibility. *We ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol to our ALL AGES and Family-Friendly classes

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

Kindly give 24 hour notice for all cancellations so that we can offer your spot to another customer. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. “No shows” with no notification or less than 24 hour notice will not be issued store credit.

Private Party: There is a 7 day cancellation policy for private parties for studio credit. The 3 seat deposit is non-refundable. If no notice is given and the guests do not show up for the class, the funds will be forfeited. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.

Twist at Home Paint Kits: There is no cancellation or refunds available for our kits.

COVID-19 related cancelations will be issued studio credit or rescheduled to a later event. In the result of a forced closure of the studio, we will contact you for an option to receive studio credit or convert to a take home paint kit.
